Exporting Your Transactions
Download the file
Open Transactions and export. You get a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or any accounting software that accepts a spreadsheet.
What is in it
The export covers every completed payment on your account. Not only the page you are looking at, and not only the ones matching your search.

| Payment ID | Your reference if you set one, otherwise a short Brykto ID |
| Description | What you wrote when you created the payment |
| Order Ref | Your own reference, if you set one |
| Source | Created Manually, or Store Checkout for buttons and the API |
| Amount | What you charged |
| Currency | The currency you charged in |
| Receive Asset | What actually landed in your wallet |
| Network | The network the payment came over |
| Sender Wallet | The customer's wallet address |
| TX Hash | The transaction reference on the network |
| Paid At | When the payment confirmed |
| Created At | When you created the payment |
Using it for your books
Paid At is when the funds arrived, which is normally the date an accountant wants rather than Created At.
Amount and Currency are what you charged. Receive Asset is what you were paid in. On stablecoin payments these differ, so ask your accountant which of the two your records should be built on.
TX Hash is your evidence for any payment that is ever questioned.
