By creating an account or using Brykto ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Brykto.
Brykto is a digital currency payment platform that lets you create payment requests and receive funds directly into your own wallet. We provide the dashboard, tools, and monitoring layer. The actual movement of funds happens directly between wallets on the XRPL and Stellar networks. Brykto never holds your funds and is not a bank, financial institution, or payment processor.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Brykto uses magic links for authentication. No passwords are stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Brykto. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for connecting the correct wallet address to your Brykto account. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet recovery phrase. If you lose access to your wallet, Brykto cannot recover your funds. Transactions on the XRPL and Stellar networks are final and cannot be reversed.

Brykto does not process, intermediate, or hold any funds. All payments move directly between digital currency wallets. We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, including payments sent to an incorrect address, lost due to user error, or failed due to network issues.
Stablecoin amounts displayed at checkout are calculated using the European Central Bank daily exchange rate and locked at the time the checkout page is loaded. Network fees charged by the XRPL or Stellar networks are separate from Brykto and are not controlled by us.
Brykto offers a free plan (up to 30 payments per month) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited payments). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($99) and paid in digital currency (XRP, RLUSD, XLM, or USDC) at the time of payment. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Every new account includes a 30-day Pro trial with no payment required. If your Pro subscription expires or is not renewed, your account returns to the free plan. Your data and payment history are retained.
We aim to keep Brykto running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, technical errors, or issues with the XRPL or Stellar networks.
Access to the Brykto API is provided for legitimate business use. You must not share your API key publicly or use it in a way that compromises your account security. We reserve the right to revoke API access if it is misused. Webhook delivery is attempted on a best-effort basis.
The Brykto name, logo, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission. Your payment data and account content remain yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brykto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to losses from failed transactions, digital currency price movements, wallet errors, or account suspension.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Brykto after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
